This is the Lady Know geyser, the biggest bust of our New Zealand trip. For starters, it used to be a boiling spring and about 100 years ago prisoners had built a cone on top of it to turn it into a geyser. Every day at 10:15 AM a park ranger dumps 1.5 kilograms of soap into it in order to cause an eruption. So not only was the geyser fake, the eruption wasn`t natural either. Oh well...
