When we found out that Queenstown was the home of the original bungy site, we thought: "How could we come to New Zealand and not bungee jump?". This is the original commercial bungy site and it is 43 meters high. The water of the Kawarau river under the bridge was fairly deep and it was flowing at a reasonable speed. Ralph has bungy jumped before, so he seemed much more relaxed.
