Kakadu Home > Honeymoon > Australia+NZ > Kakadu In our opinion the highlight of Northern Australia is definitely Kakadu National Park.  The park covers the entire South Alligator river and the rivers and creeks that feed into it.  It is a beautiful landscape and it changes dramatically over the seasons.  Mid March, when we went there, is the end of the wet season.
