After all the preparation we finally went on the bridge. We started out by walking under the road that goes over the bridge. After only a few feet it was already very scary. It was about 60 meters up (or 2 seconds according to the guide ...) and we walked on a metal grid that we could look through. I started to get worried: if it is already this bad so far down, how bad will it be further up?
It turned out that the first part was also the worst part. We climbed up a few ladders and then walked up the arch of the bridge. Even though it was much higher than before it wasn`t as scary, because we weren`t able to look straight down. The view from up there was awesome: beautiful skyline and we were even able to see a few stars.
