At night we walked up the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Marc and Kerstin had told us a lot about the bridge and they were very excited about it. At first we couldn`t understand why they made such a fuss about it, but once we did it ourselves we understood the excitement. It was organized like an expedition to the North Pole. They gave us jump suits and all kinds of equipment that was all tied to the suit. We had to leave all loose items behind (wallet, keys, even the watch), so that nothing could fall out. Then we went through a training exercise for the safety harness that we would be attached to for the duration of the climb.
